DiW Daytona Carbon

DiW Daytona Carbon is a line from DiW: a reworking of the classic racing chronograph in modern materials. The main idea is to reduce the weight of the case without losing rigidity, so instead of steel or precious metals the case is made of forged carbon.

The 40 mm forged carbon case is strong yet very light. The carbon bezel carries a tachymeter scale, and the dial has chronograph sub-dials and luminous indices. It is a men's model with the automatic calibre 4130, developed by Rolex.

The main choices are dial and strap colour; for pre-owned pieces, condition and what is included also matter. One example is the Daytona Carbon Cream, with a light cream dial and a white fabric strap. The brand has two other pages with similar names — DiW Carbon Daytona and DiW Cosmograph Daytona — each a separate line.
