DiW GMT-Master

DiW GMT-Master is the Rolex GMT-Master II as reworked by the DiW (Designa Individual) atelier. The atelier makes the case and bezel insert from carbon, while keeping the second time zone function and automatic winding of the base model.

The main difference in this line is the case material: carbon. The Hunter uses forged carbon: the carbon fibres are pressed under high pressure and settle in a random pattern, so every case looks different. Carbon makes the watch considerably lighter than the steel original. Inside remains an automatic movement with date and second time zone hand.

The line includes the men's Rolex GMT Master II models with the DiW Hunter reference and the GMT Carbon Military 2021 with the Speedster GMT reference. The case size is 40 mm. The Hunter has a matt green dial and carbon bezel. The Military has a camouflage dial in green, brown and black, and its carbon bezel insert is framed by a fluted yellow gold edge. The Speedster GMT reference shares its name with a neighbouring collection, DiW Speedster GMT.

Within the line it is simplest to choose by dial. The green Hunter is more understated and easier to wear with everyday clothes; the camouflage with a gold detail on the Military is more striking.
