The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Steel 34 mm Automat (ref. 77350ST.OO.1261ST.01) is a ladies' sports watch with a 34 mm octagonal case in stainless steel. It has a silver dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre AP 5800 with a power reserve of up to 50 hours. Functions: Date. Water-resistant to 50 m. The watch is fitted with an integrated steel royal oak bracelet with a folding clasp in steel.
This example is brand new, and comes with the original papers.
Automatic caliber AP 5800 was developed with Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier specifically for the 34 mm case. It has a 22-carat rose gold rotor and beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour.

Audemars Piguet was founded in 1875 in Le Brassus, in the Vallée de Joux, by Jules-Louis Audemars and Edward-Auguste Piguet, and is still owned by the founding families. The house built its reputation on complicated watches and, in 1972, launched the Royal Oak, designed by Gérald Genta: a steel sports watch with an octagonal bezel held by eight visible screws, a "Tapisserie" dial and an integrated bracelet.
The Royal Oak family dominates the range: the classic Royal Oak in steel, gold, titanium and ceramic, the slim "Jumbo" Extra-Thin, openworked and skeleton versions, perpetual calendars and tourbillon chronographs. The larger, sportier Royal Oak Offshore followed in 1993, alongside the Royal Oak Concept and the round Code 11.59 collection introduced in 2019.
